In a quiet cul-de-sac on Sedgefield Hill, Danie and Elize du Toit have built their attractive double storey retirement home with a luxurious upstairs apartment that provides self-catering accommodation for Sedgefield holiday-makers.

Both bedrooms and the sitting room open onto a large balcony. With stunning views to the Indian Ocean and all the way to Gerrickes Point, it is the ideal place to enjoy all your meals and to finish the day with a much needed sundowner after you've had your fun in the sun!

Cycad Circle Sedgefield

Cycad View is a spacious apartment and has comfortable accommodation for 4 adults. One bedroom has 2 single beds and the other bedroom has a queensize bed. There is one full bathroom.

There is also an outdoor shower near the staircase to the apartment for bathers to get rid of the sea-salt and the beach sand.

The kitchenette supplies a microwave oven, 4-plate hob, fridge and all the kitchenware, crockery, utensils and equipment for 4 people.

Cycad Views living areas

The sitting-room has DSTV, is open plan to the kitchen and accesses the balcony where high quality patio furniture offers a great dining area. A portable braai is available to guests.

Fresh linen and towels are supplied weekly.

Cleaning services are available on request for an extra charge.

Rates vary from R165-00 per person per day to R220-00 per person per day depending on the season.

Cycad's balcony and lounge view

It is an easy 15 minute walk to Myoli Beach or the Swartvlei River mouth and about the same distance to Sedgefield village. It'll take you 5 minutes by car but unless you're in a hurry, there's no better way to discover the charm of Sedgefield than on foot!
